30-day returns

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return, including if you change your mind or order the wrong size. Standard products from our catalog are eligible even though we print them after you order.

For our voluntary 30-day return policy, items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition, with tags and original packaging. Please include proof of purchase. These conditions do not limit your statutory rights.

How to start a return

Email info@siemahej.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the items you want to return. We will send you instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before posting your parcel, as return destinations can vary.

SiemaHej covers return shipping, including returns for a change of mind or an incorrect size. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange another return method at our expense. Please use the method we arrange.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email info@siemahej.com with your order number and, where possible, photos of the issue. We will arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, at no extra cost to you, including any necessary return shipping. The 30-day voluntary return window does not limit your statutory rights for faulty goods.

Exceptions to our voluntary return policy

Custom or personalized items made to your individual specifications, sale items and gift cards are excluded from our voluntary change-of-mind return policy. Standard catalog designs printed after an order is placed are not treated as personalized items for this policy. These exclusions do not affect statutory cancellation rights or rights relating to faulty or incorrect goods.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, request a return under this policy and place a new order separately.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you about your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, unless applicable law requires an earlier refund. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.

EU statutory withdrawal rights

For eligible online purchases, EU consumers may notify us of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason and send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. We cover return shipping as described above. For a full withdrawal, we refund the purchase price and standard outbound delivery cost within 14 days of notification; we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever comes first. Additional costs for premium delivery need not be refunded.

Statutory exceptions can apply to goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalized. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop; handling beyond what is necessary may reduce the refund. Our voluntary policy does not restrict these or other mandatory consumer rights.
