Returns & Refunds

The Basics

You have 30 days after your order arrives to request a return. We're not trying to make this complicated - if something's wrong, we'll fix it.

To return something, it needs to be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition with tags
  • In its original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

Don't just send stuff back. Email us first at info@siemahej.comΒ - we need to approve it and give you the right return address.


Why the Approval Process?

We make everything to order and work with production partners around the world. Return addresses vary depending on where your item was made. If we approve your return, we'll send you specific instructions and the correct address.

Items sent back without approval won't be accepted. Seriously, email us first.


Damaged or Wrong Item?

Check your order when it arrives. If something's defective, damaged, or just plain wrong - contact us immediately at info@siemahej.com.

If it's our fault (production error or damage), we'll replace it or refund you. No extra cost, no drama.


What We Can't Accept

Since everything is made to order, we don't accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size (measure twice, order once)
  • "I don't like it anymore"

Also non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges?

We don't do direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, place a new order. If your original item qualifies for a return (defect or our error), we'll handle that separately.


EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you're in the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason - that's EU law.

Exception: This doesn't apply to made-to-order or personalized items (which is most of what we sell).

If your return is approved under EU regulations, same rules apply: unused, unworn, tags on, original packaging, proof of purchase required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved.

If approved:

  • Refund goes back to your original payment method
  • Processing takes up to 10 business days
  • Your bank might take extra time (that's on them, not us)

If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your refund and you still don't have it, email us: info@siemahej.com
