Terms of Service
The Basics
Welcome to SiemaHej. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean SiemaHej. This is our online store, powered by Shopify, where we sell products that celebrate Slavic heritage, humor, and community.
These Terms of Service explain how everything works. By using our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
Read these. They include important stuff about warranties, liability, and how we handle issues.
Section 1 – Who Can Use This Site
You need to be old enough to legally make purchases in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
When you order, you'll provide info like your email, billing details, and shipping address. Make sure it's accurate - we can't ship to the wrong address or charge the wrong card.
Your account is yours. Keep your login info secure. You're responsible for anything that happens under your account. Don't share or sell your account.
Section 2 – Our Products
Everything we make is made to order - no warehouses full of stuff collecting dust. We work with third-party print shops around the world to fulfill orders.
What you see online vs. what arrives: We do our best to show accurate colors, sizes, and details. But screens vary, so what you see might not be exactly what you get. We're not responsible if the shade of green looks different on your monitor.
Product details, prices, and availability can change anytime. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities. If our ancestors could adapt to constantly changing borders, we can adjust our inventory.
Section 3 – Orders
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
Your order is confirmed when:
- Payment goes through
- We send you a confirmation email
Cancellations and changes: Because everything is made to order, we probably can't cancel or modify your order once production starts. Choose wisely.
Returns and refunds are covered in our separate Refund Policy (which is part of these Terms).
No reselling. Our products are for personal use. If you want to stock a store, email us first.
Section 4 – Prices and Payment
Prices are shown at checkout. They don't include shipping, customs duties, or import taxes unless we specifically say so.
We're not VAT registered. Any taxes, customs fees, or import duties are on you - that's between you and your government.
When you order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount. Make sure your payment info is correct.
Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We're not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or acts of god (or Perun).
Once your package is handed to the carrier, it's technically theirs. If it gets lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll help sort it out.
Section 6 – Intellectual Property
All the designs, graphics, text, logos, and other content on this site belong to SiemaHej (or are licensed to us). They're protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You can:
- Use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Buy and wear our products
You can't:
- Reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our content without permission
- Steal our designs (seriously, don't)

Section 7 – Optional Tools
We might offer tools or features from third parties (like size calculators or payment processors). These are provided "as is" - we're not responsible if they don't work perfectly.
Section 8 – Third-Party Links
Our site might link to other websites. We're not responsible for what's on those sites or how they operate. Click at your own risk.
Section 9 – Relationship with Shopify
Our store runs on Shopify, but you're buying from SiemaHej, not Shopify. All sales, customer service, and issues are between you and us. Shopify just provides the platform.
Section 10 – Privacy
Your personal info is covered by our Privacy Policy. Because we use Shopify, your data is also processed by Shopify and its partners to make the store work.
We respect your privacy. We're not selling your email to sketchy marketers.
Section 11 – Feedback
If you leave reviews, suggestions, or feedback, you're giving us permission to use that content for any lawful purpose (including marketing). We might quote your 5-star review on Instagram - hope that's cool.
Section 12 – Errors and Mistakes
Sometimes we mess up - wrong price, incorrect product description, whatever. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel or update orders, even after you've placed them.
If this happens, we'll contact you and make it right.
Section 13 – Don't Be a Jerk
You can't use this site for:
- Illegal stuff
- Fraud or scams
- Harassing people
- Violating anyone's rights
If you do any of this, we'll terminate your access. Don't make us do that.
Section 14 – Termination
We can suspend or terminate your access to the site at our discretion. If you owe us money or have pending orders, those obligations survive termination.
Section 15 – No Guarantees (Legally Required Section)
Legal speak: The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except where prohibited by law.
Translation: We stand behind our products, but we can't legally guarantee everything will be perfect 100% of the time.
Section 16 – Limitation of Liability
Legal speak: To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiemaHej is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.
Translation: If something goes wrong, we'll help fix it, but we're not responsible for every possible thing that could happen as a result.
Section 17 – You've Got Our Back
If you violate these Terms and someone sues us because of it, you agree to cover the legal costs. Don't put us in that position.
Section 18 – Severability
If part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. One bad clause doesn't kill the whole agreement.
Section 19 – This Is the Whole Agreement
These Terms (plus our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy) are the complete agreement between you and SiemaHej. No side deals, no verbal agreements.
Section 20 – Assignment
We can transfer these Terms to someone else (like if we sell the business). You can't transfer them without our permission.
Section 21 – Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Makes sense - we're Polish.
Section 22 – Headings Don't Matter
Section headings are just for organization. They don't affect how these Terms are interpreted.
Section 23 – We Can Update These
We might update these Terms from time to time. If we do, continued use of the site means you accept the changes. We're not going to email you every time we tweak a sentence.
