Processing Time
All products are made to order - nothing sitting in a warehouse collecting dust.
How long before it ships:
- Standard print items: Typically processed within 2β7 business days
- All-over print items (hoodies, leggings, dresses, cut-and-sew products): May take up to 2β3 weeks for production due to full-coverage printing and sewing
Processing time includes printing, quality checks, and packaging.
Heads up: During holidays, sales, or busy seasons, processing times may be longer. We're working as fast as we can, promise.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide - the European Union, United States, and pretty much anywhere else the diaspora has landed.
Where it ships from: We design from wherever we have WiFi. Your order gets produced and ships from facilities across North America, Europe, Australia, Japan, and Brazil - whichever is closest to you. Faster shipping, smaller carbon footprint.
Estimated Delivery Times
These are estimates, not guarantees. We can't control the postal service, customs, or acts of Perun.
Typical delivery times after production:
- European Union: 3β10 business days
- United States: 3β7 business days
- Rest of the world: 7β20 business days
Total time from order to doorstep:
- Standard print tees: 5β10 business days
- All-over print items: up to 3β4 weeks (usually faster, but good things take time)
Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Calculated at checkout based on:
- Where you are
- What you're ordering
- How much you're ordering

Not included: Customs duties, import taxes, or any fees your government decides to charge. Those are on you.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
We're not VAT registered. International orders may be hit with customs duties or import taxes when they arrive in your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost - you're responsible for paying them.
We're also not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. If your package is stuck, contact your local customs office.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking info (when available).
Be patient: Tracking updates can take 24β72 hours to show up in the system. Don't panic if it doesn't update immediately. Double-check your email isn't a typo, or you'll be refreshing forever.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Triple-check your shipping address. We're not responsible if you typed it wrong.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if delivery is unsuccessful, we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement. The package still got made and shipped - that's on you to get right.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order seems lost or is taking way longer than expected, contact us at info@siemahej.com. We'll work with the shipping carrier and production partner to figure out what happened.
We can't guarantee outcomes, but we'll do what we can to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@siemahej.com.
Include photos of the issue. We'll review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if the problem is confirmed.
This is for genuine errors and damage - not "I changed my mind" or "I ordered the wrong size."
